After obtaining broad requirements from a prospect, selection is made on the most suitable project for the client, in terms of capacity, technology and project economics. The shape of the project is then concieved by generating a pre-feasibility report (PFR) followed by a detaild project report (DPR). Equipment selection is made after discussions with our and our clients technical advisory and engineering teams. Proper project scheduling and time bound planning for various executables and deliverables is generated. 

Key process equipment are manufactured in house and others procured from establised sources. While manufacturing activities are underway at our factory shop floor the project site is developed in terms of civil works and on site fabrications under supervision of our contractual workforce, if appointed for the said activity. Onsite services are provided until commissioning of the equipment supplied by ASHOKA.
