The advanced machines at our infrastructural facility assists us in meeting the requirements within the expected time period with complete client satisfaction. The facility is spread across 12,000 sq. yards of manufacturing area and another 12,000 sq. yards area is under construction. The facility is manged by a team of over 500 skilled personnel.

As an ISO 9001 company, we ashoka industries possess production facilities in the area situated near national capital region. The facility is divided into two manufacturing units, which are covering approximately 120,000 sq. feet of working area with another 40,000 sq. feet under construction. A team of over 200 skilled personnel is working with us, which includes engineers, design draftsman, business management graduates and certified machinist.

We are capable of providing the facility of heavy fabrication and machining under one roof. The fabrication is done in compliance with international welding procedures using material as per the requirements detailed by our clients. We are using special purpose machines including profiles cutters, SAW/ARC/MIG/TIG welding machines, bending and rolling machines and special holding & rotating equipment that are used for efficient welding, surface treatment (including shot blasting & sand blasting) and heat treatment process.

The special purpose machine is also used for finishing on imported floor and horizontal borers, vertical turret lathes, heavy duty turning lathes, floor drills, gear cutting hobbers etc. We also possess the lifting and handling capacity of 75 MT single piece.

We are a turnkey project undertaker and complete solution provider in the field of erection and commissioning of small and medium scale cement and sugar plants. We also supply solutions for limited type of fertilizer plants and steel rolling mills.

Special computerized design software, with newest versions, such as SOLIDWORKS and AUTOCAD are used for all drawings including equipment drawings, general arrangements and layouts, civil drawings and process flow sheets.
