Support Rollers are supplied separately or inlcuding its shafts and housings duly fitted with bearings and other parts in its assembly. Support rollers are cast or forged and the shafts are forged as per ASTM, EN, BS, IS standards and are ground from the bore as well as outside diameter. Commonly used grades for rollers are: IS 2708, IS 2644, EN 19, EN 24, GS 34CrMo4, 20/30Mn5 etc. All support rollers and shafts are volume hardened to desired hardnesses. 

Shafts are generally made from forged alloy steels such as EN9, EN18, EN19, EN24 and EN26 or equivalent in other international material standards. Shafts are duly machined on CNC lathe machines and fully surface ground. 

Kiln Shells for Rotary Kilns are supplied in segments made out of Mild Steels (IS 2002, ASTM SA 516 Grade 60/70, E350 S355J2 etc.) as per customer requirements. Shells are supplied in plain as well as chair pad designs with chair pad plates duly machined (V grooves and face machining) on imported Vertical Turret Lathes. Special welding techniques such as SAW, GMAW and ARC using automated feeding mechanisms and rotational equipment are utilized for high quality manufacturing. Repairs are also performed on existing shells. 

Tyres and Riding Rings for kilns and other applicaitons are supplied in cast as well as forged material of constructions. Various internaitonal material standards including IS, BS GS, ASTM standards are used. Commonly used grade are: IS 1030, IS 2708, IS 2644, GS 30Mn5, GS 34CrMo4, BS 3100, ASTM 4140 etc.  

We can supply Tyres/Rings as heavy as 80 MT single piece and upto 8000 mm diameter. Machinng is done on imported Foriep and Dorries vertical turret lathes. All tyres/rings are ground on the outer surfaces in contact with the support rollers.

MILL HEADERS custom made for varkious types of rotary drums including ball mills, sag mills, dryers, coolers etc. are manufactured out of castings as well as steel fabrication. Various type of carbon steel grades as per international material standards including IS, BS, GS, ASTM, JS, AISI etc. are utilized. 

Genrally standard material hardness is provided through out the volume of the mill header. These are machined using imported and branded vertical turret lathes and other machine tools. Portions of the mill ends are precision ground for proper accuracy and finish. 

Mill ends/headers can be supplied upto 7000 mm diameter and 50MT single piece in weight.
