Cane Crusher Mills process the cane fed between rollers for facilitating crushing and extraction of juice for further processing. The whole system comprises series of individual mills put together for forming milling tandem as per the capacity/efficiency of extraction required. The system can be provided Mill Rollers developed using hard course grain cast iron shells shrunk that comes fitted on forged alloy steel shaft with square ends in different configuration depending upon a number of rollers being used.
Further, the system also comprises head stock fabricated from tested mild steel IS 2062 plates (duly stress relieved) and top & side caps of cast steel as per graded IS: 1030 casting. Each mill also comes with a hydraulic system comprising hydro pneumatic accumulators and mill drive that is directly coupled through flexible gear coupling to planetary gear reducer for transmitting desired power continuously under shock load conditions.
